Renlaw offer a range of High Speed Steel (HSS) / Dmo5 cut-off saws under the brand name of 'RenSaw'. Our blanks are manufactured in Italy and then ground on our own CNC blade grinder to offer you any tooth-form or pitch you require.

RenSaw cutoff saw blades are manufactured using HSS/Dmo5, tungsten-molybdenum high speed steel. A 5% Molybdenum (Mo) content produces an extremely fine grain, increasing the mechanical strength of the blade while a 6.4% Tungsten (W) content increases the toughness and wear resistance by creating strong, hard carbides. The steel also includes 1.9% Vandium (V), helping refine the grain further and promote wear resistance. RenSaw stock a wide range of toothed and un-toothed blades in standard sizes. Our high-tech CNC grinding machine enables us to produce blades with standard or specialized toothing on request. Using CBN grinding wheels and high pressure coolant we are able to both sharpen and offer blades with excellent surface-finish quality, precise tooth geometry and reduced thermal shock from machining when compared with standard toothing procedures.
