Renlaw produces an enormous range of 'purpose-designed' tooling for use in almost all fields of industry. These tools are designed to either simplify the processing of a component or to facilitate the production of a component, not possible with standard tooling. Using specialised tooling one may perform multiple operations using a single tool or cut complex profiles using simple motions.

These tools assist the production process by saving processing and tool-setting time and by simplifying the machine operation. Contrary to popular belief, even in small production, specialised tooling is often cheaper than standard tooling.
